The PTA raises funds to provide a wide range of educational enrichment programs for students including assemblies, field day, the Harvest Dance, Brakfast with Santa, the Ice Cream Social, and many other events.  The PTA has also provided the school with mobile Chromebook labs, interactive whiteboards, computers, and much more!

We could not do all of this without your help!

Please consider volunteering - it really does make a difference for all of our children! See below for volunteer opportunities.


The PTA will be holding its annual Bingo & Gift Basket Auction on March 9, 2019
This event is our largest fundraiser of the year, and we rely on these funds to give back to the school and students in many ways.

All classes have been asked to donate a themed basket for the Gift Basket Auction.

As a reminder, head room parents are responsible for collecting items and assembling in an unsealed basket, due into the school on or before February 15th.

We appreciate your assistance!


Room parents provide an invaluable service to the school and the students by coordinating fun parties as well as assiting the teachers with field trips and special projects.  Each class will have a Head Room Parent as well as Alternate Room Parents.

All Room Parents must be PAID members of the PTA and are asked to volunteer for 2 major school functions
for example: Harvest Dance, Holiday Breakfast, Fundraiser pickup, etc.) during the year. 
In addition,  Head Room Parents must attend the Room Parent Meeting on September 26th .   

(Please note that if you are chosen as a room parent, siblings cannot be brought to class functions.)

Room Parent forms for the 2018-2019 school year will be in the folders for the first day of school. 
Please return the form no later than September 14, 2018.

The Room Parent Meeting will be held on September 26th.


October 31, 2018 - Harvest Parties, immediately following parade

December 20, 2018 - Winter Parties; PreK - 1:45pm, Grades K-5 - 2:15pm

​February 14, 2019 - Valentines Day - SWEET TREAT DROP OFF ONLY

April 18, 2019 - Spring Parties; PreK - 1:45pm, Grades K-5 - 2:00pm

June 12, 2019 - End of the Year Party - PRE-K ONLY, 2:00pm

June 18, 2019 - End of the Year Party - Grades K-5, 2:00pm

We ask that Room Parents volunteer for at least 2 events throughout the school year.  Depending

on the event, time slots are between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
